About YAS Store Artist Collective

We work directly with current and former sex workers who are also visual artists, designers, and cultural creators. Our store features their original artwork on wearable pieces like tees, tanks, and accessories—transforming their lived experience and radical imagination into something you can carry with you, rep with pride, and use to spark conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do I make as an artist in the collective?

For items made by you, which you store and ship 80% goes to the artist and 20% goes to YAS Store. For graphic designed and dropshipped items using our POD tools, 40% goes to the artist and 60% goes to YAS Store.

Do I have to sign an agreement with YAS Store?

Yes. The agreement states what we should expect from each other, from payouts to policies. It helps us protect each other. Artists not following the agreement in good faith will be removed from YAS Store.

What kind of promotion am I responsible for?

We help promote your work, but promotion goes both ways. We ask that you post on socials about your merch at least twice a month, once on your feed and once in your stories (or more if you want!)

What kinds of artistic content are not allowed?

We do not allow any content that is:

  • Whorephobic
  • Racist
  • Homophobic or transphobic
  • Body shaming

This is a space for sex worker joy, rage, brilliance, and freedom. No exceptions.

Can I contact you with questions before I schedule a meeting?
