Where Sex Worker Art Meets Purpose
YAS Store is the mission-driven marketplace that powers YAS Work, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advocating for sex workers, amplifying our voices, and empowering our communities through education, media, and mutual support. At YAS Store, every piece you wear tells a story—and supports a cause.

Who We Are
Yes, We Are Sex Workers
We are a sex worker-led platform that bridges the worlds of art, fashion, and activism. Founded by AM Davies (they/them)—stripper, advocate, and creator of Yes, a Stripper Podcast—our store is an extension of the #yesastripper movement, a community-driven response to stigma and erasure in the pole dance world.
Our brand name is a tribute, not a claim. We didn’t invent the movement—we amplify it. We honor the history of pole dance and the sex workers who built it, and we remain committed to fostering solidarity, not division.
We collaborate directly with current and former sex workers who are also artists, designers, and cultural creators. This platform exists because of their voices, their art, and their leadership.

What We Do
Wearable Art with Purpose
We create wearable art with purpose—t-shirts, tanks, and accessories featuring original designs by sex worker artists. These aren’t just fashion statements; they’re conversation starters, community signals, and tools of resistance.
When we say we collaborate, we mean it. Artists are paid and credited for their work. Our designs reflect community-rooted themes like resistance, power, joy, history, and humor. Every step—from concept to creation—follows sex worker-led practices.

Why It Matters
Where Fashion Funds Advocacy
Proceeds from the YAS Store directly fund YAS Work’s programs, including consulting and education by and for sex workers; podcasts, livestreams, and media that center sex worker voices; and spaces where sex workers teach, lead, and speak for themselves.
The rise of pole dancing has come at the expense of stripping’s visibility and respect. Movements like #yesastripper were born out of frustration with hashtags like #notastripper, which created a harmful hierarchy that elevates studio pole dance while erasing the roots planted by strippers.
We're here to change that. We educate, connect, and resist together—through art you can wear, stories you can hear, and action you can take.
